Tähtede Laul has been until 2009 an international children and youth songcontest. Event that has always gathered together best young singers in the age of 3- 20 from more than ten different countries. The singers are chosen by their talent and they sing regularly in all kind of music schools and choirs.

Beeing twelve years active, the songcontest has also in addition to Estonia gained notoriety in foreign countries. The contest is an expected event for many schools and groups. For the very first festival there are expected participants from 17 countries.
